I have been invited to participate in an event hosted on the Scanmarket platform. What should I do next?
- Follow the link in the invitation to join the event.
- Read the Terms and Conditions for participation found on the Specifications tab before submitting your answers or bids.
- Inform the buyer of your desire to participate and adhere to deadlines.
- Only submit bids if you are able and willing to meet all specifications.
- Guarantee all bids made during the eRFx are valid according to the Terms and Conditions for participation and specifications.
- When you have provided all of the requested information and/or bids, please submit your response by clicking Finalize Participation.
I cannot log in to the event. What should I do?
- Verify the email address registered for the Scanmarket profile is correct.
- Check your spam/junk folder. System-generated emails risk getting marked as spam by email servers.
- Make sure the email server has not blocked emails sent from the system. If this is the case, please whitelist the following domain: @scanmarketmail.com
- Contact your event manager to resend the invitation.Â

How do I find my password to enter an event?
Click the link Create/Reset Your Password below the password field. Or, go to www.scanmarket.com. Click Login, then click Forgot Your Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
I have not received the email invitation for the event. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder. System-generated emails risk getting marked as spam by email servers.
- Whitelist the following domain: @scanmarketmail.com.
- If you are in contact with the Event Manager, please ask them to verify your email address.
How do I access my supplier profile to update my details?
- This functionality is only available for some suppliers. If you do not get login details from your client, you can only access events directly through the email invitation.
- Go to www.scanmarket.com, click Login and enter your username and password.
- Go to Profile to update your company information and contact details.Â
- All active events are listed under Dashboard. Please note, you cannot see events in which your colleagues have been invited.
